Amazon is planning a comprehensive review of its Kindle Fire tablets. This was revealed by BGR portal that describes exclusively the details of upcoming devices that apparently will be released in the fall.
The basic model will always have the same size (7 inches), but the display will have a resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels. The new version of the Kindle Fire HD will be updated with a better display and you will move from the current 1,280 x 800 pixels at a resolution of 1,920 x 1200 pixels while maintaining the same size.
The source of BGR says that Amazon should replace your tablet’s screen 8.9-inch going from 1920 x 1200 pixels at a resolution of 2560 x 1600 pixels. The latter would have a higher resolution of the device with Apple’s Retina display.
The review of the Kindle Fire does not only apply to the resolution but there will also be a new design, a bit ‘more “edgy” and volume buttons and power will be moved to the back so as not to having to be touched inadvertently. In addition, the devices will weigh less than the current models.
