After OneNote, released about two weeks ago, comes on Amazon the seventh application developed by Microsoft. OneDrive is now also available for Kindle Fire and Fire Phone , the two devices company based in Seattle Android . The cloud storage service then becomes compatible with all devices and operating systems, thus confirming its nature multi-platform. Recently, the free storage space has been increased to 15 GB. Subscribers to Office 365, however, also come with 1 TB.

Since OneNote stores notes OneDrive , the arrival of the app sull’Ammazon Appstore was granted. In addition to notebooks, online users can save their documents, pictures and videos, share them with friends and of course view them on the Kindle Fire and Fire Phone. Amazon devices use a customized version of Android (Fire OS), and Microsoft has worked hard to bring OneDrive on the store company headed by Jeff Bezos. In fact, the description of the application and the list of features are identical to those published on the Google Play Store:

  • Explore all your files OneDrive, both personal and those shared with you
  • Share file by inviting people, by posting links or by sending files to another app
  • Open your files with other OneDrive app
  • Quick access to documents open recent
  • Automatic loading of photos and video in OneDrive thanks to the backup feature of the camera
  • Selecting multiple files for download
  • Search for files and folders
  • Sorting files and folders

The number of Microsoft apps compatible with the Kindle Fire and the Fire Phone is likely to increase in the coming months. Likely the arrival of Outlook Web App, available on the Android mid-June, and the touch version of Office.
