Amazon today unveiled a new version of its Kindle, one of the best selling ebook readers in the world. The new model incorporates the previous design, but it is thinner and lighter, with rounded edges to improve grip. The touchscreen allows you to turn the pages by touching the screen and move more quickly through the device menu. What is renewed today basic model and the cheapest Kindle: connect to the Internet only via WiFi and has a lower screen resolution than the other models. To have 300 pixels per inch and free access via 3G you have to go up one model, the Kindle Paperwhite, but it costs about 190 euro.
