Into Amazon.de has lowered the price of the “basic version” of Kindle from 79 € to 69 € . The news was given by the German blog Lesen.net and promptly picked up by American bloggers. Into The curious thing is that when we close this article on other European versions of the Amazon website – or Amazon Italy, Amazon France, Amazon Spain – the basic model of the Kindle is still proposed to the original price of 79 euro. 
Into The decline does not seem tied to any particular promotion or is said to be definitive. Perhaps it is an attempt to give a boost to sales on German soil, maybe it’s a way to test the reaction of consumers or, again, is preparing for the arrival of the new Kindle that – make no mistake – coming soon .
