Amazon Kindle celebrates 5 years in Italy. It was 1st December 2011, the day the device by Amazon for reading ebooks and the Kindle Store made their debut in Italy. From that moment l'offer is an eBook in Italian about the Kindle Store is more than tenfold, and the Kindle Paperwhite is among the electronics devices sold on Amazon.

Amazon says to continuously support the content creators to maximize their success. With the launch of the Kindle Store in 2011, Amazon introduced Kindle Direct Publishing (KDP), with which thousands of Italian authors are already taking advantage of the publication of their books worldwide on the Kindle Store and earn up to 70% of the selling rights. Today, more than 20% of the 100 Kindle books most sold weekly in Italy are published by independent authors.
To celebrate this anniversary, the ecommerce has made a selection of best-selling books in the last 5 years at a discount.
