Kindle, the device from Amazon for reading book, arrived in Italy five years ago and today, remembering the anniversary, has decided to offer its bestseller at a special price starting from euro 0.99.
The anniversary is the occasion to make the point on those that were e-books sold by Amazon, in this first five years of the'e-reader in our Country.

From the point of view of the geographical distribution of the buyers, the ranking of the regions with the highest rate of purchase per capita of ebooks between 2011 and 2016 sees the Aosta Valley, followed by Lombardy and Liguria, then a North West that dominates the field.
Among the city with more than 100 thousand inhabitants guide Milan, followed by Trieste, Padua, Bologna, Florence, Turin, Rome and Genoa.
