immediately evident: the display is 6.8 inches versus the now-classic 6. A quality which, along with the even more decisive than the higher resolution screen, it becomes the new gold standard with which to measure. The difference can be seen, all right, especially if you’re a strong reader. It is reflected in another fine for book-nerd: the enormous possibilities for customization of the typefaces. In head-to-head with Paperwhite wins for a better screen, with statistics and awards for reading, and for more storage space, but in everything, by the simplicity of the menu with online purchases and dictionaries, despite having filled in part of the gap left behind.

Wired: bigger, not more inconvenient: it remains pocket, but it reads better.

Tired: touch technology (infrared) is not always very accurate.

the update of last year’s model, which brings to the screen contrast levels and an even better feeling between the white background and black depths of the characters, really close to the paper. And that solves the small defects of existing lighting. Also improved the menu, which now includes a more frets (a video) to always return to the previous position and many small adjustments to aspects: the ease of highlighting their songs to share on social networks, from dictionaries to Wikipedia definitions . Rounds off the 3G connection downloads around the world, for those moments when the wi-fi you dream about.
