A nasty surprise and even shock. Potten James, an Englishman resident in Bristol, had purchased and ordered a Kindle, a classic electronic book reader. Instead, what he got was a human tumor sample for the Royal Free Hospital in London sent from California. The carrier used was the FedEx hospital have indicated that they were aware that the package waiting had been sent to the wrong address, but in the meantime Mr. Potten was found in his hands the unpleasant surprise. Package received at home was written just his name, but it was discovered where he was the catch: the shipping code had the same first five and the last three numbers of the two recipients. FedEx took note of the serious mistake and took steps to send the sample of tumor hospital and the Kindle customer explaining that probably their shipping procedures need new and additional checks.
