Updated Today your Kindle or will not connect to the Web – The Test | The monthly rights, consumption and choices (Registration)

Kindle been noticed. If you want to continue to buy and read books on your tablet and will not settle for those who have already know that time to upgrade later today, March 22 , your reader or lose the ability to connect to Internet .
At least if you have a Kindle not exactly brand new. The announcement came by mail to US customers (but the upgrade should also be imposed to those Italians although it is said to have attained all), and concerns:

Kindle 1st generation ( 2007)
• 2nd generation Kindle (2009)
• 2nd generation Kindle DX (2009)
• Kindle keyboard 3rd generation (2010)
• 4th generation Kindle (2011)
• 5th generation Kindle (2012)
• touch 4th generation Kindle (2011)
• 5th generation Kindle Paperwhite (2012)

If your Kindle is one of them , turn it on and should automatically download and install the update, if it is always connected to a WiFi network.
What happens if you do? From March 23 you will see this message: “Kindle is unable to connect at this time. Please make sure you are within range of wireless action and try again. If the problem persists, restart your Kindle from the menu under Settings and try again. “
At this point, you have to do is manually download the file update from the Amazon website, and then import it to your Kindle via a USB cable.
