Amazon Fire releases OS 3.1 for Kindle Fire - WebNews

Amazon has announced the availability of Fire OS 3.1 , the new version of the operating system installed on the tablet Kindle Fire HD and HDX 7 and 8.9 inches. The update introduces many new features, the most important of which are the integration with Goodreads, the Second Screen feature and support for some features enterprise-class. The update will be distributed over the air in the coming weeks, but users can immediately download the software from the company in Seattle.
