Amazon releases Kindle Fire OS 3.1 - HDblog (Blog)

Interesting news from the world of the Amazon tablet for all owners of a Kindle Fire HD and Kindle Fire HDX. Amazon has in fact initiated the release of a new update for the operating system that moves all its tablet with the introduction of Kindle Fire OS 3.1 and the many new features that put again the focus of the entertainment and services for the user .

With the arrival of Kindle Fire OS 3.1 has been implemented within the system of the Goodreads community, a service that can find and share books we’re reading , in addition to directly consult the community for useful tips and reviews, with already an extensive experience in this area.   • Print from your Kindle Fire: Prints of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, photos, email, calendar events and contacts information from your Kindle Fire to a printer that supports mobile printing.
  • Free up space in memory with a single tap or stores all content in the Cloud.
  • Enterprise Functionality: Managing security certificates, Wi-Fi network through private or corporate network with VPN functionality remotely.
  • Setting alarms and display of time zones with the clock application: Use the new clock to check the time and date, set an alarm, and more.
